Privacy
This website presents Niqat, its guides, and its pricing. Registration and application use take place at app.niqat.io. The marketing site does not ask for account information through forms. Optional website and application analytics are described below.
Website and app analytics, with your permission
If you allow it, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand pages read, traffic sources, app-opening clicks, pricing choices, and interactions with demos and guides. We also measure page speed and responsiveness. Google processes basic connection and device information and may use _ga cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send your name, email, search text, form contents, or business data. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments, and referrers are limited to the originating site. An app-opening click does not mean registration was completed. With the same optional consent at app.niqat.io, we separately measure verified signup or login, company creation or invitation acceptance, successful workspace opening, and completed-sale feature use. A shared first-party analytics cookie connects the website and app on the same browser, without an account ID. Setup progress is retained locally for up to 30 days to avoid repeating onboarding and first-sale activation events. We do not collect sale values, products, customer details or transaction identifiers.
Google Analytics is not loaded before your consent. Declining does not affect the website or app. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days and shared between niqat.io and app.niqat.io. Review it or withdraw consent through “Analytics choices” in any website footer or the app’s analytics button. Withdrawal stops new analytics events and removes analytics cookies this site can access; it does not erase data already sent to Google. Ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled.
How Google uses information from sites using its services
Google Analytics browser opt-out add-on
Demo and search
The sample basket stays in page memory and resets when you reload. Search runs through static indexes in your browser. Do not enter real customer or business information.
Hosting and access
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process basic connection information to operate and protect the service. The account and team notice below covers application access features, which are separate from the sample website interactions.
Account and team privacy
Effective date: 17 October 2026.
This notice covers Niqat account, company-team, and access features at app.niqat.io. Questions and requests about your account or personal information can be sent to mahmoos313@gmail.com.
Information used
Niqat uses your email address and authentication-provider identifier to create and secure your account. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares the basic profile information and email needed for sign-in through Clerk. Niqat does not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, or contacts.
Niqat also uses company names, membership and role information, invited email addresses, device and installation identifiers, and licence and access records. These support company selection, invitations, access checks, and offline licensing. Company administrators can see and manage their team’s membership information.
Providers and device storage
Clerk handles account authentication and invitation delivery. Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it. Cloudflare hosts the web application and account/access backend and processes operational and security information about requests. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
The merchant application stores its local business database and offline access material on the device or in the browser’s site storage. In the current release, merchant business database cloud sync is disabled. Signing in does not by itself upload the local business database. Clearing browser site storage can remove locally stored business data.
Necessary cookies and browser storage support sign-in, account sessions, and local application operation. Niqat does not currently use account information for advertising or sell account information.
Access, retention, and requests
Company access depends on current membership. Removing a user from a company prevents new online access once the change is checked. Previously issued offline access can remain usable until its signed expiry; removal is not an immediate remote erasure of a device.
Account, company membership, and licence audit information is retained to operate the service and maintain access/security records. The current release does not automatically erase company records when a member leaves. Contact the address above to request access, correction, or account deletion. Requests involving a company’s records may also require the company’s authorization; deleting a personal account does not automatically delete records belonging to other company members.
This notice will be updated when these data practices change, including before merchant database cloud sync is enabled.
